Scope of Work
I can make anime styled drawings on simple backgrounds.

Payment Terms
Payment should be made before or after the line art is finished. Unless you are a trusted client.Available MOP: PayMaya, PayPal, and GcashFor Paypal Users:
a. The PHP fixed amount stated rates table are only applicable to GCash and Paymaya users. Payment through PayPal should be made in stated USD rates table or current USD to PHP conversion rate. This is due to high transfer fees.
Intellectual Property
a. The rates displayed are for personal use only. Commercial prices are double the price displayed.
b. The finished artwork will be used by the artist (flipperxen) as a commission sample on their social medias and sites.
Communication
a. Updates will be received via Facebook or Twitter in about 1-4 days for feedback or revisions.
b. Final art work will be sent through email or google drive.
Deadlines
The whole process takes 1–5 weeks.a. Rough sketches takes one day to a week.
b. Line art takes one day to a week.
c. Rendering takes 1–3 more weeks.
Cancellation and refunds
a. Cancellations of projects are applicable to rough sketches only.
b. When the cancellation is made on a finished or nearly finished lineart. The customer should pay at least the cost of the lineart.
c. When payment is made before lineart is finished and cancelled for some unexpected circumstances:c.1. Customer cancellation: The refund cost is equivalent to the progress made on artwork.
c.2. Artist cancellation: The money should be fully refunded.
Confidentiality
a. The information obtained along with the payments or conversation will remain confidential unless it is used to spread malicious claims to harm the artist.
b. The artwork would only be released by the artist (flipperxen) on the agreed date and platform.

Note:
- Additional character in one canvas cost additional amount as stated on the table above.
- Additional clothing, items, or background costs 100-500 PHP or 2-10 USD+ depending on complexity. This is range per item.
